This company was conceptualised by Industry Veteran - Mr W R Satpute. His only motto was to give services to compressor and generator installed in various capacities at various placed like Cipla, Asian paints etc.

His expertise bought the maximum satisfaction at customers place as he had served in Atlas Copco and Wartsila. OEPL was formed also to give services for Lifts of OTIS in residential and commercial complexes. OEPL was engaged in O&M activity and turn key jobs along with man power recruits for the same project.

Looking at the changing scenario OEPL decided to venture in to supply or import export activity. OEPL is authorised channel partner for some imported companies like Selco Denmark and Littelfuse USA.

The import and export activity was handled by current MD of the company as he joined OEPL in 2014. Current MD Mr. P P Satpute, after having reach experience of working in sales for above companies and other big companies like Schneider and ABB and having 24 years of experience started taking interest in Marine / Mining / Industrial and renewable energy fields. With India shining on Sun company decided to enter in to Wind and Solar with the help of Mersen India ltd and Leoni cables which has its own expertise in Solar industry.

OEPL so far had supplied fuse links and SPD to most of EPC like - Enrich energy, Sprng Energy, Sterling Wilson, L&T, Raychem. Total running plant capacity would be to the tune of 500 MW, which are running on the supplied made by OEPL. OEPL also worked to wards OEM based market like servo stabilisers and Inverters. Some of the big names like ABB, Hitachi, TMEIC and Neowatt.

Mr P P Satpute and his wife Mrs A P Satpute who is practitioner CA took over OEPL in 2016-17. Mrs A P Satpute also looks as Finance & HR director. Currently they are joined by Mr R P Satpute who is Mechanical engineer by profession.

OEPL currently works as family owned Pvt Ltd company. OEPL also provides solution for AC and DC DBs for solar, PCC and MCC for residential or commercial projects. OEPL also takes and sub contracts EPC for Solar roof top projects. OEPL is now working towards energy storage and EV charging station for the years to come.
